Application : Tension Brake for Flexible Duct Machine (Germany).
Material: Aluminum foil.
Problem :
- Customer needed to replace the old Electromagnetic Brake in their Flexible Duct Machine, and their main concern were the long lead time & undesirable pricing from Machine Maker.
- Customer asked to original brake maker, but maker does not have a local distributor.
- Customer approached PT. RIK Industries Indonesia for solution and problem was eventually resolved.
Solution:
After checking for alternatives, we offered the user to to change the old Brake to an equivalent brake: Merobel FRAT 120.
- Lead time : Merobel FRAT 120 Brake was readily available at our Singapore warehouse, and only took a couple of days to arrive to end-user to have it installed onto the machine.
- Presence : Customer felt that that PT. RIK Industries Indonesia has always been reachable and always attended to the matters of their request.
- Pricing : User only paid for the Merobel Brake – as PT. RIK Industries Indonesia provided inspection & installation without any additional charges.
